Lake of the Ozarks
We spent the third week of our trip at April's parents' house at the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. A little bit of work and a whole lotta play left us tan and tuckered out.
Upon arrival, April's parents wasted no time getting us out on the boat and filling us with fried food and beer. Pitchers later, the Royans pulled much-needed landscaping duty.
Andrew helped out by manning the dirt pile and helping to pack down the planting beds.
A few rainy days of shopping and board games later, we got out on the boat once again for some sun and fun.
It wasn't long before the baby fell asleep...
Followed by the rest of the family...
Back at the house, we did a little swimming off the neighbors dock.
Beautiful weather lured us out on the next day as well. Mark showed off his wake boarding skills and took Andrew on his first tube ride.
At one point Andrew was clearly exhausted and overwhelmed...
Back on the boat, the little man put on his Nemo sunglasses and passed out - having had enough of the lake for this year.
